It's snowy out there!! Winds at 70 km/h. Mom and I have a new student living with us from Brazil who is really, really nice. She seems to be taking the weather in stride and says she absolutely loves winter! I tried to call her a taxi this morning but the lines were jammed so I accompanied her on a wild blizzard adventure because it was her first time taking the bus to school and I thought it would help to point her in the right direction. After reading Dave's blog I see classes are canceled at the university. I wonder if hers were too at ESL.
